Many companies have recognized the benefits of applying standardized management systems, different standards and recommendations. Organizations, in order to survive on a market where radical changes in the relations of companies and stakeholders have occurred over the past twenty years, are trying to meet their needs and expectations by applying different standards and models. One of the most recognizable and most applicable models of the system is the ISO 9001 standard. As a precondition, there is a need for companies to develop the ability to manage the risk and knowledge of the organization, without which the organization's efforts to achieve the goals of quality can not have long-term effects.In the new revision of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, the concept of risk management has become a very important business segment, as organizations recognized that proactive thinking is one of the most important factors in business success. By reviewing the requirements of the standards, risk management is one of the most important changes.In addition to risk management, the focus is on the knowledge management of one organization. The most significant effect in the economic development of our era is the design of a new value creation system that is no longer based on muscle rather than knowledge. Organizational knowledge should be made trans-parent, accessible and easily transferable to the greatest extent possible.
