Flame-retardant blended yarn and processing method thereof

The invention provides a flame-retardant blended yarn and processing thereof. The processing is characterized by comprising the following steps: processing polyester fibers by the alkali peeling processing technology to obtain flame-retardant polyester filament yarns with flame-retardant function; blending 20 to 30% flame-retardant polyester staple fibers and 20 to 30% first generation modal fibers; processing by the first opening picking process, the first cotton carding process and the first strip drawing process to obtain strips A; blending 20 to 30% fibrilia and 20 to 30% second generation modal fibers; processing by the second opening picking process, the second cotton carding process and the second strip drawing process to obtain strips B; combining the strips A with the strips B; performing the roving process; then spinning to obtain yarn by the core covering method in the spinning process. The yarn of the special function is high in flame retardant performance, sterilizing performance, comfortable performance and air permeability and the like; in addition, after being processed into a woven fabric or repeatedly washed, the performances of the yarn are durable; the yarns can be widely applied to production and processing of fireproof and flame-retardant fabrics.
