Productivity and wages are indicators of success measure the labor performance by evaluating the production unit . This study aims to determine the level of the worker's age ( age ) , work experience , and technology through productivity and wages both directly and indirectly in the wood processing industry in Takalar 2013. This research is descriptive quantitative , with the information that is obtained from Statistics South Sulawesi, Takalar Forest Service , Wood Processing Industry Business Owners and Workers who work in the industry . Results Analysis of Determinants of Labor Productivity And Wages In The Timber Industry Sector Takalar shows that workers age variable ( age ) , work experience , and the technology is very influential in labor performance in the wood processing industry in Takalar either directly or indirectly through productivity and wages . Wh ere age workers ( age ) , and work experience , significant influence directly and technology no significant effect on productivity and labor costs . While not directly influence the working age (age ) , and work experience that is significant , and no sig nificant technology on wages through productivity .
