switching circuit for selectively supplying voltages of different signs
1995
The invention relates to a switching circuit comprising an input terminal (2) for receiving a positive voltage (HVP), an input terminal (3) for receiving a negative voltage (HVN), a terminal of control input (5) for receiving a first logic control signal (CS1), and an output terminal (4) for providing an output voltage (oUT). Selectively connects the output terminal (4) to one of the input terminals (2, 3), the first and second input terminals being connected to the output terminal through a first and a second transistor (9, 10) and the circuit comprising control means (11, 13, 14, 15, 16) for generating, depending on the control signal (CS1), control voltages (CS1, HVNC) applied to the control gates of the transistors (9, 10) for selectively connecting the output terminal (4) to one of the input terminals (2, 3).
