Soft-tissue case 51. Presentation

A 40-year-old woman presented with a history of abdominal pain and a small discharging sinus near the umbilicus for 2 years. Her condition was not associated with fever, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation abdominal distension, anorexia or weight loss. She had undergone laparotomy 2.5 years previously for uterine leiomyoma. On physical examination, there was a discharging sinus but no palpable mass. Ultrasonography and computed tomography were done (Fig. 1 and Fig. 2). FIG. 1. FIG. 2.
