Foreign development and application of squid jigging machine

Squid jigging machine is an important equipment to reduce the labor intensity,improve production efficiency and realize the fishery modernization in the deep-sea squid jigging fisheries.This paper summarizes the three developing stages of the squid jigging machine including mechanical control,electronic control and computer control.Then analyzes the research progress and application of foreign squid jigging machine,and compares the technical characteristics and performance parameters of several countries' mainstream model.Finally,according to the current problem of low yield by squid jigging machine,this article suggests the research trend are reducing hooked-off rate and optimizing the shaking mode,which can provide reference for the research and development of the domestic squid jigging machine.
