Application of vacuum drawing technique on wound of skin or parenchyma at earthquake

Objective To explore the effect of vacuum drawing technique on wound of skin or parenchyma at earthquake.Method 42 patients with wound of skin or parenchyma were treated with vacuum drawing technique for 4-12 days,and then with skin grafting or sewing the wound.Result The acestoma at the wound in 41 cases grow well.The wound healed after the skin grafting or sewing the wound directly.Conclusion It is effective and simple to treat wound of skin or parenchyma with vacuum drawing technique.
