Impact of hole transport layer on performance of perovskite solar cell

Perovskite solar cell using organometallic halide light absorbers have drawn attention of researchers as suitable candidates due to their appreciable power conversion efficiency. Since the inception of perovskite solar cell, power conversion efficiency has reached a remarkable milestone of 21% in very less time span. However perovskite solar cell suffer with the drawback of poor stability which possess a major challenge for large scale device production. In the present work a brief review on the recent advancement in perovskite solar cell due to use of various hole transport layer has been presented.
