Experimental Study on Extraction of Polysaccharide from Tibetan Medicine Aconitum tanguticum (Maxim.) Stapf

The effects of different factors on extraction amount of polysaccharide from Tibetan medicine Aconitum tanguticum(Maxim.) Stapf were studied through orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimum extraction process of polysaccharide from Tibetan medicine A.tanguticum was comminution degree of 8 meshes,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶16 and extraction time of 5 h at 60 ℃.
