White-light-controlled resistive switching in ZnO/BaTiO3/C multilayer layer at room temperature

Abstract The bipolar resistance switching effect is observed in ZnO/BaTiO 3 /C structure. The resistance switching behavior can be modulated by white light. The resistance switch states and threshold voltage can be changed when subjected to white light. This research can help explore multi-functional materials and applications in nonvolatile memory device.
