The double-layer packaging carton box having the goods shelf function consists of a back panel, an upper-layer bottom panel, an upper-layer cover panel, an upper-layer front panel, a lower-layer bottom panel, a lower-layer back panel, a lower-layer cover panel, a lower-layer front panel, a left lateral panel and a right lateral panel. The upper-layer front panel is connected with the upper-layer bottom panel. The lower-layer front panel, the lower-layer bottom panel, the lower-layer back panel and the lower-layer cover panel are sequentially connected. Lateral sides of the lower-layer front panel and lateral sides of the upper-layer front panel are connected with the left lateral panel and the right lateral panel. External sides of the left lateral panel are connected with the back panel. The back panel is glued with the right lateral panel. The top side of the back panel is connected with the upper-layer cover panel. An upper-layer carton box consists of the upper-layer bottom panel, the upper-layer front panel, the left lateral panel, the right lateral panel, the back panel and the upper-layer cover panel. A lower-layer carton box is formed after folding the lower-layer front panel, the lower-layer bottom panel, the lower-layer back panel, the lower-layer cover panel, the left lateral panel and the right lateral panel. The disclosed carton box concurrently has a double-layer goods shelf function as well as an exhibition function.
