Agriculture for any country is a strategically important industry. Being one of the main branches of material production, agriculture provides other industries in the production, and at the same time, itself is the main consumer of the tools and means of labour. In mind their traits and the low level of production, agricul-tural producers need state support. The agricultural organizations of the state aid and the effective use of received funds is another opportunity for agricultural goods producers to stabilize its operations and to improve the econom-ic condition as well as operate because of Russia's accession to the WTO. Of practical interest is the calculation of the efficiency of state support and analysis development of state support in modern conditions. It is worth noting that in the result of the study revealed that the main problem of obtaining public support is the complexity of pa-perwork and lack of system support, the authorities should consider simplifying the design documents and the de-velopment of the system. It is also worth noting that the impact of government programs on the development of the activities of organizations is not very effective, many organizations are not satisfied with the results and the level of support is not arranged, the majority of organizations, which raises the question of the level of allocated funds.
