Impact and Processing of Different Distance Based on Scanner Onboard

RA-360 laser scanner is able to obtain two-dimensional coordinates data of 360-degree circumference far away from the target at the same time. There are broad prospects for application to Three-dimensional data acquisition in the city. In this paper, we introdoce its disadvantages, design a series of calibration program in accordance with its working principle, verify it through experiments, then give some methods to correct errors, provide a viable solution to improve the measurement accuracy of the laser scanner and a reference in a certain significance and apply it, so that lay the foundation for three-dimensional mod- eling.
