Разработка защитного полимерного покрытия повышенной огнестойкости на основе модифицированного полиуретана, наполненного шламовым отходом

2014
This paper considers the question of obtaining a new fire-resistant protective polyurethane coating modified with polymethylphenylsiloxanes and filled with galvanic sludge. Polymethylphenylsiloxane modification increases heat resistance, moisture resistance, physical and mechanical properties of the polymer coating. Galvanic sludge, containing in its composition metal hydroxides and oxides, at high temperatures may play a role fire retardant additive, dramatically reducing the combustion rate and the ability to support combustion of the polyurethane coating. It is shown that the resulting polymer protective coating has a high fire resistance by modifying polymethylphenylsiloxanes and using as a filler retardant galvanic sludge, thus the issue of environmentally safe disposal of sludge waste is solved.
