The Research and Design of the Dual-Band Microstrip Patch Antenna

Microstrip patch antenna, with its diversification of feed method as well as its integration of feed network and the active circuit, become the printed antenna protagonist. In this thesis, it is carried out of single-feed rectangular microstrip patch antenna design and simulation by software. The reflection coefficient is both less than 25dB in two frequency points, of 1.85 and 2.45GHz , the input resistance is approximately 50 ohms and the reactance is small. It achieves a good match. The amount of the radiation field at the frequency points is approximately 2dB and 4dB, consistent with the small size of the indicator.
