The Applications of Fiber-Optic Sensors in Reservior HSE (Health, Safe & Environment) Surveillance

The presentation will focus on two aspects. One is how to use fiber-optic sensors such as ROTDR, Fabry-Perot sensor, and FBG to help oil companies enhance the heavy oil recovery. The other is how to use the fiber-optic sensors to protect the reservior and wells from the threat of oil leakage or water/gas breakthrough etc.
