Wireless communication in view of time varying interference

In wireless communication systems, may be made to a user equipment (UE) for determining whether the UE on the basis of whether or not to hit a time-varying interference, such as interference between the UE whether to handoff. Time-varying interference may be present only to a specific set of time / frequency resources or subframes. Time may be limited to report measurement for time / frequency resource that has undergone a varying interference.
