Synthesis improvement of antitumor agent trofosfamide

OBJECTIVE To improve synthesis technics of trofosfamide and adapt it to industrialized production. METHOD It was synthesized from Diethanolamine,ethanolamine,and 3-chloro-propyl alcohol via Phosphoryl -chlorination,Cyclicphosphoryl-amination.RESULTS and CONCLUSION Some reaction conditions had been improved and the total yield raised to 41%by using the cheaper reagents.
