The utility model discloses an intelligent offshore oil well sampler comprising a first electromagnetic valve, a second electromagnetic valve, a sampling cylinder, a piston, a return spring, a sample storage container and a controller. The piston is arranged in the sampling cylinder, one end of the piston and the sampling cylinder form an inner cavity, and the return spring is arranged between the other end of the piston and the end face of the sampling cylinder; one end of the first electromagnetic valve is connected to a fluid pipeline, and the other end is connected to the inner cavity of the sampling cylinder; one end of the second electromagnetic valve is connected to the inner cavity of the sampling cylinder, and the other end is connected to the sample storage container; the controller receives signals of a multiphase flow meter, and the output opening and closing signals of the controller are transmitted to the first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve. The intelligent offshore oil well sampler is additionally arranged on the basis of an offshore oil platform multiphase flow meter, sampling process automation can be implemented through controller editable software, the oil well fluid samples are more representative, and continuous sampling can be performed conveniently.
