The invention relates to the technical field of polycarbonate materials, in particular to high-light-transmission anti-glare polycarbonate material which comprises the following raw materials by weight: 94.5-99.1% of polycarbonate, 0.25-2.0% of silicon light diffusion agent A, 0.25-2.0% of silicon light diffusion agent B, 0.1-0.3% of antioxidant A, 0.1-0.3% of antioxidant B, 0.1-0.3% of a lubricating agent and 0.1-0.7% of light stabilizer, wherein the sum of the mass percent of the components is 100%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: stirring the components by using a high-speed stirrer except for the polycarbonate; putting the polycarbonate and the stirred materials into the high-speed stirrer for uniformly stirring in a three-stage manner; and extruding the materials by using a twin-screw extruder for pelletizing. The polycarbonate material has the advantages of high light transmission, glare prevention, simple and mature process and is beneficial to universally popularizing and applying, and the requirement of outdoor lighting lampshades can be met.
