Propuesta de un plan de direccionamiento estratégico para la agencia de gestión y colocación de empleo de la caja de compensación familiar de Arauca (COMFIAR) departamento de Arauca

On this occasion, a strategic direction plan is proposed for the Employment Management and Placement Agency of the Family Compensation Fund of Arauca (Agce-Comfiar), in which a diagnosis of the company is made, in order to establish the Possible applicable corrections that generate analysis in the administrative, financial, human talent and marketing areas. It is worth clarifying that the diagnosis throws us the symptoms that the company evidences, and this finally allows to establish the criteria of intervention that assure the strengthening of the processes in the dimensions already mentioned. In the same way, an addressing plan is proposed according to the previous diagnosis, based on the studies that have been given through the study by the company and that facilitates the optimization of resources and processes.
