Method for outdoor exposure test of photovoltaic component

2014
The invention discloses a method for an outdoor exposure test of a photovoltaic component. The method particularly comprises the following steps: (1) determining a test area according to a climate type, and selecting the area without the shadow as a sample delivery place on the test area; (2) testing the initial performance of the photovoltaic component to be tested; (3) mounting the photovoltaic component to be tested at the sample delivery place, and enabling the photovoltaic component to be tested to receive the maximum solar irradiation amount; (4) connecting the photovoltaic component to be tested to a load resistor so as to simulate the operating environment of the photovoltaic component to be tested; (5) setting up a meteorological parameter collecting system near the photovoltaic component to be tested; (6) monitoring the surface temperature of the photovoltaic component to be tested in a real-time manner; (7) testing the performance of the photovoltaic component to be tested at fixed periods, and comparing with initial performance test data so as to analyze the service environment condition. The method can be used for accurately judging the long-term performance and the quality stability of the photovoltaic component and determining the influence of a season alternating factor on the performance of the component, and is beneficial to building the relevance between the performance of the photovoltaic component and the environment factor.
