Non-stress blanking length correcting method for suspension bridge suspender
2017
The invention discloses a non-stress blanking length correcting method for a suspension bridge suspender. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, reverse calculation is conducted on the actual non-stress length of a main cable according to an actually-measured unloaded cable shape; secondly, the force of the suspender is corrected according to the actually measured dead load capacity; thirdly, a main cable complete bridge shape is re-calculated according to the actual non-stress length of the main cable and the suspender force correction value, elevations of the main cable at all suspension points are subtracted by the elevation of the corresponding bridge surface to obtain the stress length of the suspender, and the elongation amount of the suspender is calculated according to the stress length of the suspender and the suspender force; finally, the stress length of the suspender is subtracted by the elongation amount of the suspender to obtain the non-stress blanking length of the suspender. By means of the method, the non-stress length of the suspender can be corrected according to the actually measured unloaded cable shape and the dead load capacity results, and then it is guaranteed that the design cable shape of a main girder is achieved.
