Research Progress of Apple Dietary Fiber

With the constant improvement of people's living standard,meal diet are increasing fine,lack of dietary fiber situation has become more and more serious,the development and application of dietary fiber resources are hot in the research area.This paper describes apple dietary fiber including the chemical composition,extraction technology and modification application,and discusses the characteristics of different technology,and introduces the optimum processes of different extraction methods.
