The invention discloses a low-power-consumption falling-down detecting device based on driving interruption. The low-power-consumption falling-down detecting device comprises the components of an MPU6050 sensor which is used for acquiring three-axis acceleration and angular velocity data in motion of a detected object, and a CC2530 MCU, wherein a falling process is modeled by means of a finite-state machine. The low-power-consumption falling-down detecting device is based on driving interruption. The low-power-consumption falling-down detecting device can acquire and preprocess the three-axis acceleration and angular speed data in real time. The low-power-consumption falling-down detecting device determines falling-down of the monitored object according to thresholds of the three-axis acceleration and the angular speed by means of a decision tree and performs alarming.
