Asymptomatic Sinus Bradycardia in Geriatric Patients

Asymptomatic sinus bradycardia is most often encountered during preanaesthetic evaluation of geriatric group of patients as a result of degenerative changes of heart conducting tissuesby process of ageing. Here we are presenting the perioperative management of sinus bradycardia in two elderly patients one undergoes general anaesthesia for exploratory laparotomy and other spinal anaesthesia for transurethral resection of prostate (TURP).
