P2_1 Parasailing on Mars

We formed a model of what it would be like to fly a parasail in Mars’ thin atmosphere; it was found that for a standard parasail using a normal angle of attack, the vehicle towing the parasail would have to travel 4.8 times the velocity it would on Earth.
