Schlickerbasierte Herstellung von Kugelstrukturen auf Basis von Zirkoniumdioxid und TRIP-Stahl

Abstract: Solid and hollow spheres are an important component for lightweight structures. Manufacturing is currently carried out using different processes. In this work, the development of a process route is introduced, which allows the production of predominantly monomodal distributed solid and hollow spheres at room temperature with only one process step. They can be produced with powder metallurgy and slip-based processes with the aid of alginate gelation from partially stabilized zirconium oxide and TRIP steel.
