1-[3-butyl-1(3H)-isobenzofuranone-6-yl]-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one derivative as well as preparation method and pharmaceutical application

The invention provides a preparation method and pharmaceutical application of a 1-[3-butyl-1(3H)-isobenzofuranone-6-yl]-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one derivative. In the preparation method, 3-butyl-6-amino-1(3H)-isobenzofuranone is used as a start raw material; and through a diazo-reaction and a reduction reaction, 3-butyl-6-hydrazino-1(3H)-isobenzofuranone is obtained, and the compound experiences a condensation reaction with a substituted acyl ethyl acetate derivative to obtain the 1-[3-butyl-1(3H)-isobenzofuranone-6-yl]-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one derivative. Preliminary results of pharmacological experiments indicate that the compound has relatively good activity against oxidation and platelet aggregation and can be clinically used for preparing anti-platelet aggregation drugs, antioxidants and anti-cerebral ischemia drugs.
