After survey research on current situation of claims settlement of value-insured transport,Chengdu Railway Administration adopts some measures to optimize the claim settlement procedure, shorten the payment time, and improve the settlement quality, the measures include improving the system and refining the implementation plan, dividing the responsibility to realize "actively taking the responsibility, simplifying procedures of claim settlement, cutting down the time for compensation", creating a green channel for VIP customer.
