Research on Texture Evolution Law During Continuous Annealing for ULC-BH Steel

2011
The laws of texture evolution during three continuous annealing stages of 340 MPa grade ULC-BH steel were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that,at the beginning of recrystallization,{111} texture increases under the actions of both oriented nucleation and selective growth,in which oriented nucleation play a major role with the {111}110 texture increasing substantially, while selective growth is the main way of developing {111} texture in the later recrystallization and {111}112 texture increases at this stage. It is helpful for {111} texture to raise temperature after the recrystallization, but it will also lead the opposite effect when it is overheated.
