The Diagnosis and Control of Infectious Bronchitis Variant Infections

In this paper the diagnosis of IB infections is discussed. This is based on clinical signs and laboratory examinations. The laboratory tests can be divided into 2 groups. A. Serological tests agar gel precipitation test, virus neutralization test, haemagglutination inhibition test. B. Demonstration of viral antigen immunofluorescence test, virus isolation and identification.
