Cable Bundles Simplification Modeling of Radiated EMI Prediction for Motor Drive System

This paper proposes a cable bundle simplification modeling method to analyze the motor drive system’s radiated electromagnetic interference(EMI). Firstly, the common-mode interference mechanism and propagation is established. Then, the key components’ models in conducted interference path are explored. After that, each part circuit model of interference source and key components are connected on the basis of the system’s actual combination and the radiated EMI prediction model is obtained. Finally, a numerical simulation method is applied to validate the proposed prediction model.
