The invention discloses a method for optimizing an X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 electroslag remelting slag system, and aims to solve the problems that the using amount of return materials is reduced and the cost is increased because the Si content in the return materials is so high to result in difficultly controlling the Si content in a product when vane steel X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 is prepared by means of a returning process and the electroslag remelting and smelting process. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) primarily melting raw materials and the return materials in a non-vacuum induction furnace, and pouring solutions generated by primary melting into a consumable electrode rod; (2) performing electroslag remelting on the consumable electrode rod prepared in the step (1), wherein in the electroslag remelting process, a quaternary slag system is remelted; and during electroslag remelting, adding Al powder to deoxidize, and adding 0.02-0.3 percent of Mn powder at the same time. In the method, the return materials used in smelting can reach about 40-60 percent, so that the utilization rate of the return materials is effectively improved, and the production cost is reduced.
