Construcción de un instrumento de diagnóstico que determina el estado actual de la organización privada con fines de lucro frente al desarrollo de sus competencias y prácticas socialmente inteligentes

2016
In this research the concept of social intelligence is defined as the ability that individuals and organizations have to create and develop the necessary competencies for the effective practice of their social responsibility practice. Thus why the research raises the question: “’What are the desired competencies for an effective social responsibility practice?, and this is done from an organizational perspective, taking in consideration that at the end the organizations will be the ones to contribute, to satisfy the societal needs of the society, only if they are able to develop such competencies, the fundamental question must therefore be: How can we define that such organization have the competencies required? To answer those questions a conceptual overview of Social responsibility is undertaken, to set the base of the commonalities among different authors, to later explain and establish the concept of Social Intelligence and of Social Intelligent Organizations. Those initials steps are followed by a field work, with 55 individuals from different organizations, to define what are the competencies and what type of competencies an organization must develop to allow this one to be a Social Intelligent Organization? Once the necessary competencies are determined a framework instrument is created that allows to define the level of development of such competencies to effectively exercise corporate social responsibility.
