Социологический анализ учения о правосознании И. А. Ильина в контексте осмысления духовно-ценностного состояния постсоветской России

The article presents a sociological analysis of the doctrine of legal awareness worked out by Russian specialist in studying of law and state, religious thinker I.A. Ilyin. The author considers I.A. Ilyin’s views on the essence of legal awareness and its role in society, provides thinker’s assessment of Russian legal awareness state in different historical periods, as well as proposes to use his ideas as the way of overcoming the law nihilism and the spiritual crisis in modern Russia.
