An environmentally friendly board obtained by recycling straw, said board comprising 5-95 parts by weight of recovered resins, 5-95 parts by weight of straw fibres obtained by the processing steps of degreasing, desaccharification and removing oxalic acid, 3-20 parts by weight of fillers, 1-3 parts by weight of a foaming agent, and 5-15 parts by weight of environmentally friendly auxiliaries including a coupling reagent, a lubricant, a flame retardant, an anti-oxidant, an anti-aging agent, a stabilizer, a temperature-resistant agent, an anti-bacterial agent or combinations thereof.
