Small Bone Window Craniotomy for Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Analysis of 156 Cases

2012
Objective To explore and compare small bone window craniotomy and the traditional big bone flap craniotomy operation in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 156 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were treated by small bone window craniotomy and traditional craniotomy operation treatment, which uses small bone window craniotomy operation in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with 90cases,using the traditional big bone flap craniotomy operation in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in 66 cases,1 days after the operation and review of CT,observation of the hematoma clearance rate after 6months of operation, operation effectiveness evaluation. Results On the 1 postoperative day review of CT,two groups of hematoma clearance rate differences were not statistically significant, but small bone window craniotomy operation after good recovery rate than large bone flap craniotomy group was obviously improved, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Of small bone window craniotomy with operation cure rate and good rate and improvement of prognosis, are superior to conventional craniotomy. For the hypertensive putaminal hemorrhage in small bone window craniotomy, more conducive to recovery after operation. This is the current treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with minimally invasive operation treatment method of ideal.
