Thermo-resistant endoxylanase obtained by mutagenesis and its application to the process of obtaining bioethane. # The present invention describes a peptide sequence to which a series of amino acids have been replaced by mutagenesis directed from the endoxylanase coding sequence of Aspergillus nidulans to obtain an endoxylanase which presents greater thermal stability. In addition, the present invention relates to the use of this endoxylanase for obtaining xylan from plant matter and the subsequent use of this xylan in processes for obtaining bioethanol.
