An unusual cause of fall: Unusual presentation of cryptococcal meningitis in an immunocompetent elderly

Abstract We presented a case of an elderly man presented with fall with multiple non-specific complaints and cryptococcal meningitis was diagnosed. Although the diagnosis was delayed, the patient recovered completely. We would like to illustrate how atypically cryptococcal meningitis can be presented in the elderly.
