Innovation In The Organizational Development Of Small And Medium-Sized Food And Beverage Companies In Colombia

This article identifies the impact of innovation in the organizational development of small and medium-sized companies in the food and beverage sector affiliated with the Colombian Association of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (ACOPI for its acronym in Spanish) in the states of Antioquia and Atlantico (Colombia). A descriptive-analytical study was carried out through a quasi-experimental design seeking to know the degree of association between innovation capacities and organizational development variables in Atlantico and Antioquia States affiliated with ACOPI. The sub-variables internal processes and learning and growth have the most significant relationship and highest values with the innovation capacity factors. It is necessary for small and medium-sized enterprises to implement the innovation capacity factors correctly to achieve higher performance.
