A procedure to design aperture‐coupled stacked‐microstrip antenna based on experiment

2002
The aperture-coupled stacked-microstrip antenna (ACSMA) is an important type of broadband microstrip antenna. A simple and practical procedure for its design is presented in this letter. Utilizing the technique, one ACSMA of L-band has been designed. The experiments have been carried out and the measurement results verified the applicability of the method. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
