The front wheel and the rear wheel are mounted on the frame. The bicycle is characterized in that an upper limb driving device is disposed on a crossbeam of the frame and is mainly used for exerting force so as to forwards push and backwards pull a bicycle handlebar, shakes a rocker via a handlebar shaft connected with the bicycle handlebar, then realizes transmission control for gears in a shaft II, a shaft III, a shaft IV and a shaft V via the rocker, and eventually outputs power to the rear wheel. Simultaneously, rotation force for controlling the direction is exerted on the bicycle handlebar, and is sequentially transmitted via the handlebar shaft, a universal joint coupler, a control connecting rod component and a bicycle front fork to eventually control the direction of the bicycle. Compared with the prior art, the bicycle doubly driven by hands and feet can effectively utilize force of upper limbs of a rider, not only can increase speed of the bicycle, improves comfortableness and interestingness for riding the bicycle, but also has the effect of exercising the whole body of the rider.
