PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating electrical machine control system, capable of changing the torque of a rotating electrical machine, at a rate of change of the torque which is required for AMD control in ABS operation. SOLUTION: The rotating electrical machine control system comprises a DC power supply; the rotating electrical machine in order to drive a vehicle; a frequency conversion part that is interposed between the DC power supply and the rotating electric machine; a voltage conversion part that is interposed between the DC power supply and the frequency conversion part and boosts the output of the DC power supply, based on a boosting demand value set according to a target toque of the rotating electric machine; and a control part that controls the rotating electric machine by normal field control or field-weakening control via the frequency conversion part and the voltage conversion part and performs active motor damping control, when an antilock brake system of a vehicle is operated. During execution of the active motor damping control, the control part sets a boosting demand value with a lower-limit boosting demand value VL as a lower-limit value during AMD control that enables the rotating electric machine to generate the target torque by normal field control.
