Method Endotoxin Removing protein

A free method of surfactant production of a product free lactoferrin endotoxin by removing the bound endotoxin to a protein in a liquid lactoferrin composition, the method comprising the steps of: a) passing the liquid lactoferrin composition comprising a protein with endotoxin bound through a cation exchange system using fractal distribution to bind the protein bound to the cation exchange resin endotoxin; b) eluting the endotoxin bound protein using a molar 0.25-0.35 saline in the absence of surfactant added; c) eluting the bound protein with a salt solution having a conductivity of between 80 and 100 mS / cm to produce an endotoxin-free lactoferrin; wherein the protein with the bound endotoxin is selected from one or more of lactoferrin, lactoferricin, lactoperoxidase and apolactoferrina.
