Development of a Safeguards and Security Program for the Civilian Radioactive Waste Management Program

A Safeguards & Security Program is currently under development as a part of the Civilian Radioactive Waste Management Program. This program will be required to comply with all domestic regulations, as well as satisfy the guidelines of the international community. This paper discusses the status of this program.
