The invention discloses a continuous synthesis method of 1-chlorobutane and production equipment of 1-chlorobutane. The continuous synthesis method comprises the following steps of preheating concentrated hydrochloric acid by a preheater, and pouring the concentrated hydrochloric acid into a hydrochloric acid desorption tower; after the concentrated hydrochloric acid is desorbed, obtaining a diluted hydrochloric acid at the bottom of the tower; producing azeotropic steam by using a part of the diluted hydrochloric acid through a reboiler; feeding the azeotropic steam to the lower part of the hydrochloric acid desorption tower; obtaining hydrogen chloride gas with above 99 percent of volume purity at the top of the tower; after the hydrogen chloride gas is mixed and reacted with normal butanol, obtaining the 1-chlorobutane through azeotropic rectification. The production equipment comprises the hydrochloric acid desorption tower, wherein the upper inlet of the hydrochloric acid desorption tower is communicated with a concentrated hydrochloric acid storage groove through the preheater; the tower bottom of the hydrochloric acid desorption tower is communicated with thermal medium inlets of the reboiler and the preheater; the outlet of the reboiler is communicated with the lower inlet of the hydrochloric acid desorption tower; the top outlet of the hydrochloric acid desorption tower is communicated with a reactive rectification column through a mixed pipeline; the mixed pipeline is also communicated with a normal butanol storage tank. The continuous synthesis method and the equipment disclosed by the invention are used for continuously synthesizing the 1-chlorobutane; the balance of a reaction system is maintained; the production energy consumption is low; the product purity and product yield are high.
