Study on protein and peroxidase of morphogenesis of Cymbidium ensifolium in Vitro

The changes of water soluble proteins and peroxidases before and after differentiation of Cymbidium ensifolium s protocorms have been compared.The content of 23?ku,57?ku,65?ku and 93?ku soluble proteins are stable.21?ku,51?ku,73?ku and 81?ku proteins emerged only in the stage of rhizomoph.28?ku and 30?ku proteins appeared in the process of differentiation.The peroxidases C 1,C 2,C 9 and C 10 expressed before and after differentiation.But C 3,C 4,C 5,C 6,C 7 and C 8 appeared in the company with differentiation.
