Bausteinanalysen von humanserumproteinen

Abstract The results of amino acid and carbohydrate analyses of 16 human serum proteins isolated and purified by the authors are reported. The investigations performed under standard conditions permitted for the first time a comparison of the amino acid and carbohydrate constituents in a fairly large number of serum proteins. The relation of the chemical composition of the proteins and their physical and biological properties is discussed.
