The present invention relates to a method for preparing FCC catalyst and the FCC cracking catalyst comprising an active component, the mesoporous aluminosilicate materials, clay and a binder, preparation of mesoporous aluminosilicate material comprising: a non-ion-exchanged mesoporous aluminosilicate beating material is mixed with water, and then the resulting slurry is contacted with an inorganic acid, at least 0.2 hours at room temperature to 100 deg.] C, such that the sodium oxide content of the mesoporous aluminosilicate material is not more than 0.2 wt%, without the mesoporous aluminosilicate ion exchange material, the weight ratio of water and inorganic acids 1:5-30:0.03-0.3; active cracking component containing 30-99% by weight of the magnesium-containing ultrastable Y-zeolite and 1-70 % by weight of DASY zeolite is selected from rare earth-containing, REY zeolite and the MFI structure zeolite least one molecular sieve. Catalytic cracking catalyst in the process of the present invention exhibits high basic nitrogen content of the feedstock oil for catalytic cracking of a relatively high cracking activity, high conversion rates can be obtained, in particular higher diesel yields .
